The objective of this initiative is to ensure justice for such individuals in society and to support them through legal means.

According to NMJA President Sudip Gholap, victims in such cases often lack proper guidance and access to legal assistance due to financial constraints. To address this issue, this decision has been made. A nominal fee will be charged for legal advice to ensure that more people can benefit from this service. The service will include consultation with expert lawyers, preparation of legal documents, and representation in court if necessary.
