Correspondent : A significant initiative has been launched by the News Media Journalist Association (NMJA) in Navi Mumbai for individuals afflicted by their wives. The association’s president, Sudip Gholap, has announced that legal advice will now be provided at affordable rates through a panel of expert lawyers for those facing difficulties in their marital life, particularly individuals enduring harassment from their wives. The objective of this initiative is to ensure justice for such individuals in society and to support them through legal means.

According to NMJA President Sudip Gholap, victims in such cases often lack proper guidance and access to legal assistance due to financial constraints. To address this issue, this decision has been made. A nominal fee will be charged for legal advice to ensure that more people can benefit from this service. The service will include consultation with expert lawyers, preparation of legal documents, and representation in court if necessary.

The News Media Journalist Association has stated that this initiative has already been launched, and needy or affected individuals should contact 9320304345 for assistance. This socio-legal initiative has been welcomed by many. It is considered a significant step toward resolving social issues in Navi Mumbai.

“I strongly support this initiative for wife-afflicted individuals in Navi Mumbai. Under Sudip Gholap’s guidance, offering affordable legal advice through expert lawyers is a vital step toward empowering those struggling in marital disputes. It addresses a real gap in access to justice, especially for the financially burdened. The inclusion of comprehensive services like document preparation and court representation is a game-changer. While the positive response is encouraging, ensuring consistent quality and awareness will be key to its impact. This is a proud moment for NMJA in tackling social challenges head-on.” – Manisha Thakur (Sr. Journalist & Member of NMJA)”
